Orders are only accepted from qualified promotional products distributors and resellers. Orders must be submitted by email to sales@daneberry.com. Orders must contain the following: item name, quantity, price, artwork file, decoration method, shipping method, delivery date and delivery address.
Terms and Conditions: Full payment is required for all new accounts and first time orders. 50% deposit is required for repeat customers and all overseas custom orders. Balance is due upon shipment or approved term. Credit card payment is accepted with a processing fee. Payment is net 30 days for all orders.
All orders are considered firm. Cancellations will be accepted only if order has not been printed. Cancellations must be in writing. Verbal cancellations will not be acceptable. 15% restocking fee may apply. Overseas/custom orders are considered firm after paper proof approval therefore no cancellations will be accepted.
Camera ready artwork is required. Files can be accepted in vector, jpeg or bitmap format with minimum of 300 dpi. Convert all fonts to outlines or curves. Acceptable file formats: jpeg, eps, ai and pdf. Vector Art is preferred. It provides the best quality and allows images to be resized without loss of sharpness and detail.
There is no cost for e-mailed paper proofs and virtual mock-ups. Paper proofs must be signed and returned by e-mail to Daneberry LLC prior to actual production. Failure in returning the paper proof promptly may delay your order’s delivery date.
Blank samples are available and can be purchased at EQP plus freight charges. Same day shipping is available if order is received by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time via UPS. Samples can be returned only if in original condition within thirty days of invoice date for product credit. Distributors are responsible for all freight charges. Printed samples may be available upon request. Spec samples can be purchased at EQP for the product with specific logo and are non refundable. Full setup and running charges apply.

All stock products will be shipped from the Daneberry headquarters in Apopka, Florida via ground service unless specified by customer. We reserve the right to determine the best shipping method available. For overseas orders, we ship by air with a transit time of 5 - 7 working days. We will make every attempt to meet your in hand date without incurring additional shipping charges. Overnight or two day delivery may be required on deadline orders. Please call Customer Service for confirmation. Drop shipment information must be received prior to production or delays may occur. Drop shipment is $8.00(v) per location, per release for stock products.
Blind Deboss requires black and white artwork. This method, the leather or vinyl is pushed down by a heated metal plate that darkens the leather.
Embroidery is available on canvas bags. We digitize your provided artwork to the appropriate size. An image of a sew out will be e-mailed as a proof.
Silkscreening is available on canvas bags for quantities of 36 and higher. White may need to be added under logo which is an additional color.
